I’ve lived here for over a year, for the most part it’s pretty quiet and easy going. I never really have any problems here and the problems I do have they get resolved fairly quickly. The ladies at the office are all amazing and very helpful with anything I need or inquire about. It’s right next to some great amenities like HEB, Target, Cinemark, restaurants, and so much more. Terrible place to live. being a soldier at ft. hood/cavazos was hard enough. I shouldn't have to be taken advantage of by my apartment complex when I take the uniform off for the day. We were good tenants who paid our rent on time ALWAYS and abided by all of the policies at the heights at 701. The staff in the office are terrible and don't seem to care about being thorough at their jobs. Was living in building 4 for a year it was my first apartment everything seemed good the first couple months. Until I would constantly see roaches, I felt like I was the only one in the building asking for pest management. Ps I kept my apartment CLEAN! I WAS DEALING WITH ROACHES FOR 8 MONTHS. They never cared no matter how bad I said it was. I still deal with the roaches since I’ve moved (they followed me from the apartment) it’s a nightmare. Move in was atrocious and office managers are dishonest and shady. They tried to move me into a completely different and smaller unit without my knowledge or permission after viewing and applying for one, and almost got me. The only reason I found out is because I took note of the original unit I was told I would be moving into.
