I have been here since march. I love the apartments!! They are so affordable, the staff is very friendly. Maintenance is great with getting work orders done
Just started living here but so far so great! We had an issue with our shower knob when we first got there, but they came and fixed it quickly! They’ve been helpful with every part of the process and the apartment was clean and well taken care of before we moved in! I would recommend anyone to do their research but if you’re like me and my wife trying to get a decently cheap but nice place to call home, The Heights at 701 is a good choice!
I absolutely love it here! I moved in a couple of months ago and the experience has been great! Maintenance is always on top of things and the staff is just so helpful and all around amazing! The apt grounds are beautiful. I'm very happy with my decision to move here!
Amazing people! The front office has been nothing but sweet and upright with me every concern I had that handled it with ease I would 100% recommend! The process was super easy and they walked me through anything I didn’t understand so glad to call the heights at 701 home!
Been here for 2 years and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Anything I need gets done expeditiously! Thank you to Alexis and the crew for making this a comfortable experience.
