Was living in building 4 for a year it was my first apartment everything seemed good the first couple months. Until I would constantly see roaches, I felt like I was the only one in the building asking for pest management. Ps I kept my apartment CLEAN! I WAS DEALING WITH ROACHES FOR 8 MONTHS. Move in was atrocious and office managers are dishonest and shady. They tried to move me into a completely different and smaller unit without my knowledge or permission after viewing and applying for one, and almost got me. The only reason I found out is because I took note of the original unit I was told I would be moving into. Units are filthy on move in, they stink, ROACHES on the property constantly, bad patch jobs and paint cover up cracked base boards, counters, caulking. if you move into building 6 make sure to ask if... read more
Sandra, the property manager, Katie, the assistant property manager, and Alexis, the leasing agent, did an excellent job in the office. The entire process from signing my lease to moving into my apartment was excellent. Their customer service is excellent. They even dashed me a bed side lamp lol. 4 stars for being amazing people! One star off cos no gym to exercise instead there is a pool. I love to see positive energy! The Lord Is my Helper! Hopefully I will enjoy my stay here in the name of Jesus! Y’all say Amen!
Its a good place to live and isnt too expensive.
