I got an apartment just by deciding the location address but when I got that it made me highly satisfied. I would love to mention the staff, administration and all professional services men are highly appreciated. They are experts to deal, communicate and address the questions. Being a resident I am feeling proud because of my pride THE PROFESSIONAL STAFF of Harker Heights 701, in the very serine community. They are 2nd to NON. I appreciate all. I highly appreciate the way they work, address, deal and the way the professionals communicate. I am highly satisfied with my decision to be the part of serine community. At the 701 Central expy Harker Heights I just choose the address but I was made very very very satisfied by the staff, administration and swift response to my que. I would love to say they are the pride of every proud resident. Thumbs up. 2nd to NON.
This is, without a doubt, the most wonderful place to live! The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The people in the office are friendly, honest, and always take time to listen to any concerns, questions, or just have a friendly word to say. The maintenance people are amazing..whenever anything needs to be fixed in the apartment, they take care of it quickly. And they are so polite. I am so happy to make this my home! There is not a better place to live in the entire area!! I feel very blessed to be here.
I’ve lived here since 2020, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. We’ve dealt with repeated flooding from both the AC and the sink. Every time it snowed or iced, the heater would stop working, and the AC has broken down multiple times as well. There have also been ongoing maintenance issues, including a bug infestation, mold, mice, and deteriorating wood throughout the apartment.
