I have lived here for 11 months now and I absolutely love it! Courtney has been the best office manager I have ever met she always makes sure that everything is going well with the apartment and is always so respectful and courteous. She’s the BEST!!!! The property is very quiet and clean and the maintenance guys Salvador and Abel are great my requests have always been done in a timely manner. I recommend Heights at 515. I’m going into my third year here and am Very pleased with the management, maintenance of apartments, property, pool and laundry room. Heights is close to shopping, restaurants, and the McNay Museum. Heights is easy access to downtown, Fort Sam and has three bus routes within a block. Pets are welcome and has a dog park. I’ve lived here for about three weeks and I absolutely love it. The area is quiet and I feel safe. Courtney and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The moving in process was really easy and I had no problem what so ever. I’m very glad I chose this complex!

The HEIGHTS is a super place to live! It is a TRULY great location just a walk away from shopping and dining. The residents are friendly and respectful. Courtney, our Manager is awesome, coordinating activities and juggling the needs of residents flawlessly and always with a smile! The maintenance team is first rate (even at 4 AM!). I highly recommend THE HEIGHTS!!
