Old management company was amazing and had great communication, however the new owners, "Barclay", are pretty awful so far. You now have to pay a fee to just pay your rent, there is rarely any communication when large problems occur such as the AC going down or the hot water being down for a whole week. If you call the number listed on the website sometimes it'll just beep at you and never go through and if someone does answer, I couldn't even tell I was calling the management company because it was just this guy answering w... read more

The management by Shannon is excellent. Honestly, the management is the highlight and probably the main reason to be here. She’s very helpful and responsive seemingly at all hours. However, the property itself seems to be subpar beneath the surface. Heating and AC breakdowns, busted pipes, water heater issues, etc. occur with concerning regularity. Love the NEW Property Managers - the location is excellent and the NEW owners are putting the resident's needs first!
We are so pleased The Heights is under new management. Having stayed at the new owners' previous property, I can say their communication and follow through are impeccable. They have very high standards and want to ensure those standards and principles are delivered to the customer/resident. You will be amazed at the overall elegance of the property, but more specifically, the little touches say it all. You will be impressed from your very first conversation!!
