They do not take care of their residents. I have had a leak in my ceiling since May 11 and still not fixed. Their communication is just awful.
Love living here! The staff is wonderful & helpful! Apartments are spacious, affordable and the location is great! The downside to living here is when it rains, our garage gets flooded and there is only 1 set of washer/ dryer per building (shared with 6 units). It’s not perfect but no apartment complex is.
I've lived at the heights now for a year and a half now and they have always been so great at attending to anything I've needed. The staff is amazing and friendly. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a great place.
This is the worst apartment I've ever been in. Move in was a nightmare, they tried moving us into an apartment with a sub pump and wet walls carpet destroyed. With nowhere to go on move in day we had no other choice but to chose a more expensive apartment. Smoke in the apartment, and the hallways. Things constantly falling apart including but not limited to water heater, windows, toilets, drains, etc. Dissapointed in management and overall property. Will never recommend.
