This company goes above and beyond! When our home was out of power for the last four days, one of the Heating Specialist employees, who happens to live in our neighborhood, offered to come over and help my husband wire our generator to our furnace. We have two children, one is a toddler, so being the cold for days was very difficult. He didn't bat an eye and within minutes we were up and running and our kids were able to sleep well in a warm home again. Job done right, on time, and clean quality work. Will use again!
Hundreds of dollars spent and nothing fixed. Horrible, horrible experience. Avoid at all costs. We had to call them twice to fix the same problem and our furnace still doesn't work. When we called and asked for them to come fix the problem they obviously hadn't solved, they told us it was OUR FAULT because we had incorrectly replaced a part ourselves. The part they are talking about was replaced in between service calls and their tech told us we put it in correctly and that it wasn't causing the problem. They blame thei... read more
