Avoid at all costs! Pricey, incompetent, liars. We have had to call them twice within a month to fix the same issue and our furnace still doesn't work! Between the two service calls we replaced an old part ourselves (by replace I mean screwed it in, it is so simple a child could do it). On the second call their tech said we replaced the part correctly and it wasn't causing the problem. Wow! I am impressed and so pleased! I can't say enough about their work! Our 11 year old Furnance stopped working. I called several companies- ****** who installed and maintained it said we can be out in 2 weeks, ****** said you can call our after hours number after we close at 5 pm and the tech maybe able to get out today for a $360 service charge, ***** ****said sounds like you need a new furnace and we can schedule that right away.
