The nurses here have got to be the most incompetent people I’ve ever met. Couldn’t get a single bit of information correct. Blatantly showing their ignorance during their rounds. They can’t be bothered to read a chart or make sure they have up to date information before talking to a patient. All they care about is their little alarm bells. Saw zero actual patient care. Dr. Karas and his team performed a heart catheterization last week with the successful insertion of three stents. He and his team’s efforts were an exemplary example of efficiency, competence, and professionalism similar to my experiences I have received at the Cleveland Clinic. My dad went in for a multi-bypass surgery a while back. The staff took amazing care of him, and his surgeon (Im unfamiliar with his name sadly) did such an amazing and precise job on his incisions and surgery all together.
Dr. Noda and his team. Dr. Karas and his team. Both are the A+ teams. Both are so down to earth in their communication and bedside manner. I trusted both with my life after our discussion regarding my diagnosis. The heart ICU and heart floor 5 was very supportive, professional, caring, and so positive in their demeanor. I highly recommend this organization for any heart related healthcare.
