I am 51 years old. I am a cancer patient with multiple issues. I have been getting reports in EKG's, Nuclear Stress tests, Stress Echo, Halter Monitor, and back in 2012 my troponin had gone up, EKG was abnormal with T wave inversion, R wave progression, anterolateral infarct age undetermined, and I had a Catheterization back in 2012 which stated early signs of Cardiomyopathy, left atrium dilated, right atrium enlarged, some regurgitation in my left tricuspid valve and my mitral valve. Always a pleasant experience from front desk, to medical assistant/nursing staff, to the providers.
Had an appointment with the heart care group today. I saw Dr. Paranicas she was awesome. She took time and explained the issues am having in depth. Did not not skip over anything. I was able to get the testing I needed right away, and the staff was beyond wonderful. They introduced themselves each and every step of the way. I will recommend them to everyone. They are the best. Thank you for caring, be personable and a job well done. I feel better already.❤️
Everyone there is nice. From the phone, to the office, to the doctor and check out. My whole experience as been wonderful.
As thorough and wonderful as the doctor was with my wife, the administrative side of their business is horrid. Their online bill payment service does not work, they do not answer phone messages, and they do not respond to email. Their doctors may be very good, but like any organization, they are only as good as the team behind them, and clearly, these doctors have the bad news bears behind them.
