We had an amazing session with Daniel, our photographer, and truly enjoyed the experience on the day. However, the overall process has been very disappointing. We selected our 20 photos on July 6, and the reply mentioned a usual turnaround of 1–2 weeks. While we understood this to mean approximately 1–2 weeks. But that is not the case.
