Inviting beyond measure. Ms. Braun is a consummate professional and expert in her craft. She walked me through the wax removal process step by step; making sure I was comfortable every step of the cleaning procedure. She not only has great understanding of the practice but equally so her understanding of the insurance process within her specialty. I can not express just how happy I am with the clarity and quality of my hearing after visiting her office. Would recommend her to anyone seeking similar services.

Wonderful experience. This was the first time I ever had my hearing tested, and I am glad I did it! I do have mild hearing loss and constant ringing in my ears. We are working to reduce the effects of the tinnitus and to preserve my hearing so I don't experience more loss. I left with a trial set of hearing aids which was not at all what I thought that might be like. I highly recommend the Hearing Haven!
