I very rarely write reviews, but if something is amazingly good, I feel like I should. I went to the Hearing Haven yesterday to see if my old hearing aids could be repaired. First, Emily came in on a day that she already had a prior engagement because it was more convenient for me. She is incredibly kind and caring. I went into the Hearing Haven / considering getting my first set of hearing aids. Dr. Emily was extremely thorough, professional and understanding. I would recommend her to any of my family or friends without hesitation.
Inviting beyond measure. Ms. Braun is a consummate professional and expert in her craft. She walked me through the wax removal process step by step; making sure I was comfortable every step of the cleaning procedure. She not only has great understanding of the practice but equally so her understanding of the insurance process within her specialty. I can not express just how happy I am with the clarity and quality of my hearing after visiting her office. Would recommend her to anyone seeking similar services.

I took my disabled brother to The Hearing Haven on Thursday and was extremely happy with the service and outcome.
