I very rarely write reviews, but if something is amazingly good, I feel like I should. I went to the Hearing Haven yesterday to see if my old hearing aids could be repaired. First, Emily came in on a day that she already had a prior engagement because it was more convenient for me. She is incredibly kind and caring. I got some bad news from MRI scans I had done at the VA and was not getting the answers I wanted. Emily was referred to me from a friend with hearing problems. I went by Hearing Haven just looking for some answers and to make an appointment. Emily greeted me at the door, and to my surprise she stated she was in between patients and took me on back. I went here for a hearing test. Emily made me feel very comfortable. She is both professional and kind. What I thought was the coolest about my appointment was seeing inside my ear on a big screen. We discovered a big glob of wax in one of my ears, and Emily gently scooped it out. Yay!

A amazing experience. At first I was nervous because didn’t know what to expect as far as how they would clean them. Emily was very welcoming and explained the whole procedure. It’s was pain and easy and absolutely no need to be nervous. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
