I very rarely write reviews, but if something is amazingly good, I feel like I should. I went to the Hearing Haven yesterday to see if my old hearing aids could be repaired. First, Emily came in on a day that she already had a prior engagement because it was more convenient for me. She is incredibly kind and caring. I took my disabled brother to The Hearing Haven on Thursday and was extremely happy with the service and outcome. My brother is highly resistant to seek any medical attention and when he began to lose his hearing, I was able to successfully encourage him to go to The Hearing Haven. Emily has a warm and encouraging chair-side manner and my brother immediately relaxed. After being disappointed in my experience at a “franchise” hearing aid place, I found Hearing Haven on Google. My experience there was positive in every way. Emily explained the hearing test very well. She worked with my somewhat limited budget and fitted me with a pair of Oticon hearing aids. I’ve had them for three weeks and continue to be amazed and very thankful for how well I can hear with them. I’m so glad Emily made it possible!
