I am impressed with the services this morning at the clinic. The clinician Amberine is very friendly and very clear instructions when doing the test. Sowmya was very welcoming and well.This service should be covered by Ohip .
It's my first time getting a hearing test. Ricky is very patient, friendly and easy to talk to. Before the test, he took time to listen and understand all my concerns. After the test, he took time to explain the results in details. Truly pleasant experience from start to finish. I can imagine any seniors or kids feeling very comfortable visiting this clinic for a hearing test. *You can see Ricky at this location on Tue, Thur and Fri. For Mon and Wed, he's at Richmond Hill location.
Excellent service! Very professional and knowledgeable. And I was in and out in less than 45 minutes!
