I can't praise the staff enough! Annabel explained everything carefully and clearly (more than once, when necessary!) and gave me confidence in my new hearing experience. Everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I am so very grateful to the people in Amplifon Brimley.
I have been taking my elderly father to this clinic to have his hearing aids cleaned or fixed for the past 1.5 years. He has trouble with neuropathy in his hands and often breaks off the battery piece from the mould or twists it. Or it gets clogged with ear wax. We met with Amber yesterday and I can thank her enough for her patience and happy disposition. She fixed both hearing aids and check his ears for wax buildup.
