I have been taking my elderly father to this clinic to have his hearing aids cleaned or fixed for the past 1.5 years. He has trouble with neuropathy in his hands and often breaks off the battery piece from the mould or twists it. Or it gets clogged with ear wax. We met with Amber yesterday and I can thank her enough for her patience and happy disposition. She fixed both hearing aids and check his ears for wax buildup. I called this afternoon as my 6 year old hearing died. I got a cancelation appointment (receptionist was so helpful and a sweetheart). Annabel was wonderful to work with throughout my hearing test and very knowledgeable about current hearing aid technology! Thanks so much ladies.
