Fast but very efficient! Awesome customer service… My husband and I have both had hearing tests at this Office.
Update: Dr Q also saw my grandson who is only 3 with Cerebral Palsy. She was soooooo good with him. Thank you so much Dr. Q for always taking care of my boys. Dr Q and Bobbi are amazing!! My 12 year son has to wear hearing aids and these two ladies make things so much easier for him. I’ll never change audiologist!! If I could give more stars I would.
After a sudden illness that completely ruined my hearing in one ear I was totally caught off guard as to what to do. Charmin quickly diagnosed my problem and fitted me multiple pairs of trial hearing aids that would work best for my career and life style. She worked with my schedule and I felt completely at ease while working with her and her office staff. I don’t hesitate to refer friends and family to her.
