They are great being able to hear is great. Very professional & courtesy. Plus they have a office dog Henrietta that is pretty cool...
The Dr at one point actually cared about helping, but after 10yrs of seeing him and his staff there was 1 misunderstanding and he/Dr Musani decided to release me as a patient without discussing the situation with me and getting cleared up, also the receptionist was standoffish on several occasions, to the point of being rude. I have private insurance coverage and they refused to file/Bill my insurance. They may have been voted the best in Denison but in my opinion they have not earned it.
