RecommendedI found The HAF when I had my last hearing aid. It was out of warranty and they wanted $250 minimum to even look at it and they'd have it for at least 2 weeks. I decided to go to The HAF because I passed it daily in route to and from work. Abby took my aid to look at it....he brought it back to me within 15 minutes...fixed and only charge me a fraction of what the other company quoted me. I just got new hearing aids last July and they're working great. Thanks Abby and The HAF for all you've meant to me...

When my dad came to visit, something was wrong with his aid, I took him to see Abby. Abby wrote to his audiologist in PA, a letter stating where she had melted the inside. She replaced his aid for free. I vowed that I would remember Abby if I ever needed an aid. After I was checked and tried a couple of other aids, I went to Abby and he rechecked me and let me try the aids. I have been satisfied ever since. I go every 3 months to have them checked and cleaned.
