I am overwhelmed by the professionalism, friendliness and compassion of Sofia Pervzer!!! I had a hearing aid issue Tuesday 1/2/24 she saw me at 1:30 pm that day. Over past 2-3 years Sophia has been consistently helpful to me with urgent hearing aid issues and I’m a patient with lot questions

Don’t waste your time here. I confirmed an appointment for tomorrow through email and text to get my hearing aids fixed. Next thing I know, they got back to me a few minutes later to reschedule the appointment I just confirmed due to another customer ALREADY booked for the slot she told me was available earlier today.
