I placed an order not knowing that they could not ship it to me in Los Angeles. I apologized for the misunderstanding and requested a refund but it was refused. Since they do not offer shipping at all, I now have a credit with this business that I cannot redeem because I do not live in Miami. I wish this could have been easily resolved with a refund, and if that had been done, I would have praised the company with glowing reviews across all my social platforms even though I will not be able to enjoy their actual product. Excellent and delicious Meals
When I initially signed up,, I told them no sesame seeds, corn, or nuts. First order I pick up has a dish with corn in it. I reached out to let them know and they promised it would not happen again. Second order had a dish with sesame seeds on top. Reached out again and ended up getting a free meal. The last order I picked up had sesame seeds again so I canceled my subscription. Most of the food was pretty tasty though.
My husband and I started this service at the beginning of January and it has been excellent. The food is varied, balanced and delicious. The portions size is great. The service and delivery has been very good. No complaints. We are very satisfied and we can finally focus on our work while eating really well.
