Very disappointing experience. I clearly listed my food allergies when I signed up, yet I repeatedly received meals containing ingredients I had specifically identified as allergens. I contacted them about the issue, but the same thing happened again over the following two weeks. Only AFTER I canceled my subscription was I told that customers with food allergies are supposed to order à la carte directly with the chef. Food is fresh, healthy and we really enjoy the variety. It is a little on the pricier side but worth it. They also have excellent customer service.
