I am finally following up because my recall of the experience has not changed in 3 years. I was at such a low point in my life when I had 2 appointments with Julia Handler in the spring of 2017. The way she spoke to me during our sessions was disgusting (subjectively, duh, obviously). Way too many "You" statements. The remarks I recall most were: "You are giving them too much power."
