The Healthcare Resort of Olathe receives a 5 star rating from me. I was the first client/patient to receive care at their facility and I was very impressed. The nurses, rehab personnel, CNA's and all other staff were so cordial, attentive and caring. No other facility could have addressed my needs as well as the Healthcare Resort of Olathe did.
I am very impressed with the professional attitude of nurses, cnas, or housekeeping or chefs. Everyone makes you welcome and let you know they care about your needs as a family member or friend of patient. There is a spirit of True Caring At Healthcare Resort.
This place is AMAZING!! The amenities are unbelievably awesome (Movie Theatre, etc. for example!), the food is a major plus, and EVERYONE is professional, yet sincerely caring. They are also very accommodating for your family. I know 5* is the highest ranking, but I would have to go ,10*!!!! Thank you Healthcare Resort of Olathe for the amazing care you give my mother!!
