The cna Hayden on the rehab side is very rude and shouldn’t be working there. She isn’t nice to the residents nor students there that are trying to learn. However, the cna Tatiana is very very helpful and actually cares about the residents well-being! Go Tatiana! Also on the long term care side there are two cna’s named June and Kim , these two are attached to the hip and should definitely not be allowed to work together. They are too worried about helping one another than helping the residents in need of prompt care! Very v... read more

My sister was there for knee replacement rehab. She didn't get meals on time or complete per what was to be on the trays. She didn't have good response from most of the staff there, while i was there she pushed the button and waited more than 45 minutes to have help getting to the bathroom. I am not "trained" to help someone who has limited mobility to the bathroom after surgery, but you cannot leave someone waiting that long for help to go to the toilet.
My mom was only there for 3 weeks, and even though she was anxious to get home, she loved her stay here. The staff (props to Amrica, especially!) was absolutely fabulous with her, and she actually made a few new friends in her short time there. The facility is new and very nice, food was good, the activities were great. They even offered to move the piano upstairs to make it easier for my mom to get to it so she could play for everyone. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably bad...this place is a joke. Do not send your loved ones here if they need to depend on the staff to help them walk, go to the restroom, get into bed, receive meds on time etc. Because they won't get any. They look fancy when you walk in but the room is furnished with cheap uncomfortable furniture/bed and care is the worse. Resort??? I think not!!
Wow ! Everytime I leave this review it gets deleted. I WILL be contacting my friend at the news station... and go ahead, keep deleting the bad reviews, I have screenshots of them, your only making yourself look worse..
