I took Justine's Release Pain Workshop last Saturday and I learned so much and highly recommend it when she offers it again. That evening when I went to bed my body felt so much different, so much less tight and relaxed and I plan to continue to do the exercises she showed us. Thank you for your work - keep it up!
Justine is very knowledgeable about how the body works in response to pain and how to help the body relieve or get rid of pain. Her classes are very informative too.
WOW, that's my opinion! I went for an initial visit last Thursday for lower back & hip pain that's been bothering me for a couple of months. After that first session with Justine and doing my Therapy Ball routine twice a day, I have so much less pain in those areas! I'm excited about the progress I'm feeling and I can't wait for my next session!
Justine is Amazing! The Reiki healing she gave me was Fantastic. I haven’t felt this well in ages. She gm has been working with me for a few months now and I have felt much better physically, emotionally, and feel more energy. Justine has been working with me, using the distance Reiki.
