I did my first ever mat Pilates class at Healing Point with Kia, and she was amazing! She explained all the moves clearly, offered great modifications, and even gave “spicy” options for a challenge. She was the best cheerleader—so encouraging and motivating throughout the entire class. I truly enjoyed it, felt supported the whole time, and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend taking a Pilates class with Kia!

Wendy is an expert on the lymphatic system. She sees issues you don’t even know you’re having and takes care of them. Last week I had lifted 5 large cases of water. Didn’t think anything of it I had an appointment with her that afternoon. She said what happened with her shoulders??? It threw me off and I’m elderly so didn’t think to tell her about the water. She fixed the shoulders before I had trouble the next day I’m sure!!!! Thank you Wendy!!
