I went in not once but twice for him to tell me my insurance would not go through. The funny thing is, I went to another chiropractor in the same area that day with no issues! Not only was it inconvenient, I also felt he was rude. He did not apologize for the inconvenience or for the trouble with my insurance (of which I had called the company to validate it as well as provided a current card)
I called Friday and was able to get an appt the next day on Saturday. I felt so much better when I left Dr. Hay's office. My pain was considerably lessened. Thank you Dr Hay!
