Terrible. Leader, Marcia never available. After listing home, only time I talked to her was twice, when needed to counter the offer. Many times after that, I called multiple times and left messages to call back, she will just replied with short text. She never bothered to call and let us know how the sale was progressing. You have to call her to find out and she won't call yo back. She will just replied with short text. Even at the time she never called.
