The fact that I’m writing this review before I’ve even moved in speaks for itself. After searching high and low for an apartment that was safe to live in, well maintained, and with a decent price point has been a challenge for my wife and I in this area. The walls are PAPER thin. The apartment above me just got new tenants and is a family with multiple dogs. I hear them stomping around all morning, during the day, and all night. It's constant, and true peace is only found when they leave their apartment which is very rare. DO NOT live here unless you live on the top floor, I guarantee you will regret it. You can take a risk and live on one of the bottom levels, but that's exactly what it is, a risk.
