The Worst Apartment Experience Ever This complex has some good features: location, office staff and maintenance. The grounds and amenities are also top notch. However the build quality of the apartments is quite poor. There is no soundproofing between the units. I can hear every conversation and toilet flush. I also have the bad luck of living under the loudest, most inconsiderate neighbors ever. I think about 6 people live in the apartment above me and they are constantly moving furniture and banging on the floor all hours ... read more

Beautiful high end community with friendly and helpful staff. I recently toured The Haven at Atwater during a career change / relocation. Although I did not end up moving to the Malvern area I must say this place really impressed me. First off, the property is extremely well maintained and the amenities were what you'd expect from a high end living community. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment 1 to 10 a "10" except the not enough support to tenants of first floor and excessive noises coming from higher floors; I think tenants that live above first floor needs to be aware of there are tenants that lives below them and they should be more respectful and cooperate with this complicated living situation when comes stay up late parties etc etc

I would warn them in advance that the initial quote is only good for two days and the rate will go up after that. The facilities, apartment and location are all very convenient for my needs.
