They were super fast and efficient. I put in a couple requests and they tended to it so fast and got it done and now I am having no problems!
Air conditioning is fixed! They were very fast about it. It would have been nice to have a bit of a warning before they came to fix it though. I had no idea they came and fixed it until I got home.
Do not go here to live! The staff there lied to me multiple times in the signing process and then they try to screw you over in any way that they can. The front desk staff have no clue of anything that is actually in the lease and will rattle any answer off to get you out of the office. They attempt to sweet talk and smooth things over without ever being honest or working with the people who are looking to live there. Would never live here again. I have called numerous times to opt out of the extra 10 dollar charge for "Credit Lift" and was never talked to again. They charge me 45 in "Damages" with no further explanation about said damages in my room, emailed them and no response thus far. 2-3 times i noticed that me and my 2 roommates all had different electric bills. Me being charged 150, other two roomates being charged 100 a piece. I have no idea how our 66 degree apartment (in the winter) costs that much money. I do not trust them wi... read more
