I lived at The Haven for two years as a college student. Our first year was fine. Maintenance was always prompt and effective. But, in our second year living here, we ran into quite a few issues. Management decided to renovate the apartments so they could raise rent for new move-ins. However, the renovations were very surface level. They didn’t update appliances, bathrooms, or furniture.
