If you purchase a 12 month lease, be aware that you will be paying a whole month that you won’t even be allowed in your apartment. We are paying for an entire month of August however we aren’t allowed to enter until the 20th. Just keep that in mind, as well as the last month of the lease (paying for a whole month only allowed to be there until July 19th).
The haven seems very nice from the outside however it is not somewhere I would recommend. In my first year at the haven, about 2-3 months into moving in, my roommates and I were given a notice to pack all of our things and move out in the span of 3 days as we were not given a renovated unit upon our initial move in. Management did not provide any sort of accommodation or help with this. In my second year living there, the new management staff moved a complete stranger into my unit with zero warning. Zavier did a fantastic job at answering questions and giving us a tour around the building and the apartment I felt happy and knowledgeable. The moment I left and did not require any more assistance.
