Went in this morning asking about getting a hat custom made. Expert in his field, and perfect with the customer service. The way he makes you feel is as if you were getting fitted for a custom megabucks business suit. I ordered exactly what I wanted, and I'm sure it'll be perfect.
For the first time in my life, I was able to get a real cowboy hat at this store. One of the best purchases & buying experiences I've ever had.
