After many issues with other “western wear” stores, I told my husband to find an ACTUAL hat store. Well let me tell you, the employees at The Hat Store were amazing. We bought my husband a new straw hat, a beautiful hand beaded hat band, and they even reshaped both of our felt hats for us. Everyone is so friendly and professional. They definitely get an A++ from us!! We will never look anywhere else for any hat needs!
I've been here a couple of times, pretty good, but this last time I was completely disappointed,wanted my two hats steamed and cleaned,one of my hats was done ok...not really ok,but the other hat was not even touched,asked about it was told it was attempted to be cleaned and steamed, but looking at the hat it wasn't even touched,still had lint and rim was still bent in same place when I dropped off,I've had this same exact hat cleaned and steamed here before no problem, must be the new guy who honestly acted like he didn't w... read more
great quality and fast delivery
They have quality hats with wide range of crease styles and they make sure they fit right. Noone in Houston does a better job of it. Also I would not go to any other place for a felt hat. They freshen it up and reshape it for the lifetime of your hat!
