My girlfriend was getting paid from them for a long time because she isn’t able to work and still can’t work she can’t even stand for 5 minutes with out being in pain she has had 7 back surgeries they sent her to their doctors to get evaluated and they say she has no restrictions mean while she is about to have an 8th back surgery i would like for someone to reach out if not they WILL be hearing from our lawyers in the next few days
I was rear ended and my car was barely drivable. Certainly not road leagal. They make you take the car to a shop of their choosing for an estimate so they can circumvent the law that says you can use a shop of your choice. They told me to drive it to a shop 1.1 miles from my house. I took off work, I got there, and nobody knew what I was talking about. The person from the Hartford was like "lol, sorry. Terrible company I have been getting paid by them for workers comp. I have experienced alot of the same things as described by everyone else. Payments have been late pretty much for the last 3/4 months. Like ppl who are on workers comp can afford to wait amd have late payments. I would imagine though if you used Hartford for yoir Insurance needs and was late paying them they would drop your coverage though.
The Hartford has consistently used illegal practices under the PA Workman's Compensation act to avoid paying bills. If they will bend the law not to pay bills of injured workers, what will they do for you as a client. Avoid this company at all costs.
I only drive 1000 miles a year.And yet you've up to my insurance to nearly $100 a month.Almost a twenty dollar a month increase
