I've been living at The Harper in K-Town since the building first opened, and I've renewed my lease every year since. Like any new property, there were some initial growing pains, and I was honestly ready to move out at one point. But once Frances took over as property manager, everything shifted for the better and this has been one of my favorite buildings that I've called home. I've lived at The Harper in Koreatown for four years and was ready to move out, but I recently decided to stay for a fifth year because of one person: Francis, the building manager. She works tirelessly, genuinely cares about the tenants, and goes above and beyond to maintain and improve the living environment. Tripalink is incredibly fortunate to have her—she’s is fantastic!
The management team and staff at harper deserve a round of applause. They are not just quick to respond to any issues but do so with a friendly attitude that makes all interactions pleasant. It's evident in the cleanliness and maintenance of the complex that the staff takes immense pride in their work, creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all residents, especially the security guy, I think all the residents love our security!

Absolutely terrible property management by Tripalink. I live in KARA which is managed by the same managerial staff. The managers separate their time to manage both properties. Kara gets morning and I believe Harper gets the afternoon. So hear this: We've been dealing with a broken dishwasher for WEEKS with minimal communication. After multiple follow-ups and waiting 10+ days, they finally sent a technician who left the job UNFINISHED and left garbage in our apartment!
