Erik and his team saved me from a HORRIFIC situation with another lender (major, non-local) which the dropped my loan the day BEFORE my movers were showing up. I have purchased 3 homes with the Hargrave Group over the last 10 years and could not recommend them more! They are consummate professionals and amazingly on top of every detail, especially when I am not as work and life can intervene. I am not well versed in the mortgage process and luckily do not need to be because the HG takes care of everything from A-Z and go even further to make sure everything is smooth going. I will NEVER use another company for my mortgage needs and am a customer for life!
