We could not be happier with the service and the final product. We probably went to the San Ramon showroom five different times and Paolo was patient and cordial. After going to another four or five different places, and finding that we could not settle on a particular pattern, and with Paolo's assistance, we agreed to get unstained oak and chose a color later.
