Several long term Board members think they have the power to do anything there. Very high HOA Fees. Lots of upcoming court cases against both staff and residents for assault, theft and vandalism on the property. Check out the Facebook Group " The Harbours...Can you believe this stuff?" Just search from your Facebook home page. It is an open group so anyone can read the posts and comments or look at the photos and docs section. Or join the group and ask a question or leave comments.
Terrific place. Great location and view. Residents are friendly and quiet. Plenty of amenities. Recommended.
