I was an established patient when I called them with an abscessed tooth. The receptionist said they were booked for three weeks and I would have to wait for a cancellation. I got in four days later. She incorrectly me told me that my insurance company "requires" preapproval - which was news to me. The dentist did not offer me an antibiotic prescription, I had to ask for one.
