Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Practically Impossible

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
