My two teenagers have been going here for the past few years. Everyone is friendly, but they seem to be suffering from the common problems of our time: not enough staff and poor communication between staff and with customers. Despite making an effort to maintain continuity by seeing the same person every time, etc., we have seen different people every visit. At least 4 (maybe more) orthodontists have overseen their care, and nobody seems to know what's going on or when the braces will come off (now at 25 months).

Went for consultation in April and I'm still waiting to hear back from them to get my braces on. We have called them several times throughout the 4 monthss but haven't gotten any return calls. All you get is a call center, you never get to speak to anyone in the clinic directly. You're better off going to a different clinic as they do not value new customers.

I been going to happy tooth about 5 years now the staff are super nice the only down side is dr.Garcia was not that friendly and kind of rude my son and I feel mistreated after today visit . I hear that he will be moving to chapel hill location soon which is good news for us if he not moving elsewhere we was going to go to a different place instead.
