DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM HANOVER. This company is a total scam. They keep charging you even after you cancel your plan with them and even after you've notified them. Their customer support is horrible and god forbid you have to make a claim with them. Definitely don't count on them, you will regret it if you do.
Avoid these unethical people at all costs. We have found them to be abusive, negligent and uncooperative once they learned there was a real problem. We had a neighbors water heater break and flood our shop for the week end. Some one might come out tomorrow but she claims to be worried about her safety as I am more than a little annoyed. Every last one of these people are suspect. Give your hard earned money to anyone else.
