Was an employee for almost 5 years and was terminated because I didn’t agree to a $15k pay cut per year. Nobody else in the company was taking such a pay cut and after speaking to both my regional and the president of property management they both agreed to do nothing about it. Mind you, with less than a 30 day notice. After I refused to sign off on the new pay structure they fired me the same day and escorted me off the property like I was a criminal!
