My experience was not so good with the previous manager because she didn’t do her job! That’s obvious , she’s not here anymore! I must say since Alyssa became the manger things started looking up! She’s constantly outside cleaning up garbage behind tenants that’s too lazy to put trash in the dumpsters. She’s trying to make our place of residence much more appealing and trying to keep it clean.I just wish the residents that’s not doing their part would step up and help. This apartment is now becoming dangerous to live in...rats, roaches, no kick follow up on maintenance...I would never recommend anyone to live on the ground floor because it is infested. The manager Alyssa is the only good thing this apartment has. She is really nice person.
