AVENUE5 is the management company that currently runs the Hangar. When renting, DO NOT TRUST their words, always get things in writing and do not allow issues to go unresolved after a few days. I hate these apartments with a passion, management as of 10/2024 were okay but they ultimately only care about the money if you remain an active resident. I will Be moving out in a few months it’s been the worst honest experience I’ve ever had somewhere , the positive reviews aren’t even accurate let’s start there unless yall pick and choose who to help. office never open trash is disgusting paying for other ppl trash btw, homeless man walking around my home and there is no light for a whole yr im here he just sits on the stairs and roam.
