My husband and I shopped at The Hang Up Put Down Shoppe for a new carpet for our living room. We were very pleased with the professional and informed staff as they explained the different options available to us including quality and manufacturing differences. We had never been told any of this in our prior carpet purchases! They have their own carpet installers and one of the men has 25 years experience. It shows! What a fantastic job they did! We are thrilled with the whole experience. We highly recommend them!
They took three weeks to do vinyl flooring that they scheduled for supposedly 3 days that took three weeks. Not acceptable. Did not put the backsplash behind refrigerator and left refrigerator on plywood. Also no caulking around tub in bathroom. Left room’s extremely dirty. Not happy with them at all. Being that the floors were over 30 years old, that should’ve been a given to know about subfloors. Now the flooring is bubbling in many spots!! Would like to know what is going to be done please.
