Hired Yaniv to do window caulk repair. He did great work, was fast, and for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
Great workmanship. Attention to detail. The workmen arrived on time and delivered as expected. Mr. Yanin was professional, had good suggestions and definately too great pride in the work.
Used Yaniv to repair a broken glass in a tenant's apartment. Responded quickly and the tennants are happy with the job.
He was super -very copperative.
Two men arrived on time on the weekend. Both men were experienced and worked as a team for the most efficient way of fixing our door. The only thing I am un-happy with is the door still sitcks when opening. Haven't called to have them come back out yet-so, we will see how they handle that. Overall-I am happy with the service we recieved.
Yaniv was very straight-forward and competitive with his pricing. I also wanted to compliment him for making the effort to visit my house, assess the job and give me a written estimate with no pressure-and at no charge. Other handymen services in Chicago should follow suit. Louie went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. He made my 26 year old wood windows that were on their last leg work and look as they should.
