Dr. Erika was kind and calm with our infant. She was not rushed and communicated clearly. Highly recommend!
Dr Templeton is very kind , compassionate and listens. I have had her do one hand surgery worth excellent results and am now facing the other hand . Dr Templeton is the only doctor I considered after my first experience .
Dr. Erika T. Was simply amazing!!! She was kind and friendly . She was super informative! The receptionist was kind enough to help me fill out my paperwork as I did not have any range of motion in my wrist or thumb. Everything was perfect. The only thing that I would say that caught me off guard was the high payment during checkout. Maybe estimates should be given before being seen so patient doesn’t have sticker shock.
I've used this company for many years and am always pleased with their service. Bronier Costas was the first doctor I saw there and he replaced the joint on my right hand years ago. Dr. Costas has retired, so now I"m seeing Erika Templeton. They have an office on Old Milton Parkway, which is close to me. I recommend them highly.
My review is not about the doctor I saw. My issue is with billing. I was overcharged for my appointment even though my insurance card clearly lists my copay. I never should’ve had to ask for a refund in the first place, but I had to call to get it corrected. Now, almost two months later, either my refund check was never sent out or it was stolen. I still haven’t received my money. Extremely disappointing for something that was their mistake to begin with.
