Was experiencing severe wrist pain. Quick diagnosis, quick recovery plan. Dr. Klugman is at the top of his game. Recovering at home now with significant improvement.
The doctor was very kind and professional, and I appreciated the care he provided. Unfortunately, our experience with the male nurse who put the cast on my son was the opposite. My son was there for a broken hand and was already nervous. He is shy and often looks to me for reassurance before answering unfamiliar adults. The nurse seemed irritated by this and spoke to him in an aggressive way that eventually made my son cry. A young child receiving medical care should feel safe and supported, not intimidated.
