We had an amazing experience here with Dr. Klugman and his staff! Low wait time, expert care, and lots of kindness. Thank you so much!!
I scheduled for 8:15, so no wait and soon was seen by Dr. Klugman. I appreciated the concern of his assistant in getting all my symptoms accurately transcribed. Dr. Klugman also sympathized--- there's no magic cure for arthritic hands. He allowed me to decide whether to receive an injection-- I appreciated having input,-- and I agreed. Ouch!!! Isaac was easygoing and helpful during the procedure. Soon I was on my way, with a quick stop at the front desk for an therapy appointment. Thank you, Hand and Upper Extremity Staff!!
I was dissatisfied with the care I received. Before my appointment, I informed the office multiple times about the ongoing issues in my left hand and the new issues developing in my right, and I sent medical records to support this. Despite that documented communication, I was told at the visit that they were unaware of any issues with my right hand and did not have time to address both. The appointment felt rushed. Great start to this process. Only issue is waiting an hour. I'm not one of those people, but awesome doctor, awesome staff, awesome everything. Can't wait to finish this with them and be healed, cured, and back where I was at
