Dr Klugman was great - he allowed me to express my concerns and ask questions - he offered good suggestions and a path forward. My only complaint is that during x-rays of my hand, I wasn’t offered lead coverings - should have asked, but didn’t think about it.
Dr. Klugman is a wonderful doctor, and I really appreciate his expertise. He's very diligent about treating his patients. That said, I have waited an hour to be seen for 4+ appointments. I understand some days run behind schedule, but this is consistent. I would just be aware of the wait times if you can't be flexible with your schedule.
