Exceptional service and Doctors.
Jayme Hill was extremely patient and took the time to really listen and understand the soreness in my thumbs. She explained everything in simple, non-medical terms so I could clearly understand what was causing the pain and what I could do to help relieve it. My experience with Jayme Hill and her team was extremely disappointing. From the very first visit, I was met with rude behavior, a lack of empathy, and dismissive attitudes. I was told my injury was arthritis-related and tied to a previous condition, but this turned out to be inaccurate—it was a new injury that was misdiagnosed from the start.
