The maintenance worker was very professional, kind, and very informative. I got the job done.
This is my 20th year of residing in building 957, so you might say, yes, I am satisfied with The Hamptons of Norton Shores. I have experienced only 3 maintenance experts assigned to this property ... all have been great, and all with unique personalities. My latest request was submitted before the sun came up, the first Tuesday of this month. It was for a water heater that wasn't doing one important thing ... heating water. I'm a long time resident who over the years has come to appreciate not only the wonderful surroundings and the comfort and convenience of the Hamptons, but even more so the company of my welcoming and supportive neighbors and the top-notch service provided by property management. That management has been able maintain this level of excellence for so many years says everything you would want to know about the Hamptons.
