One of the nicest apartments I have rented! Great maintenance team, secured entry, carports, minimal utility costs, quiet and friendly neighbors.
Apartments are nice, prices are reasonable compared to others in the area, leasing agent Stacy Cole is excellent and knowledgeable, she goes above and beyond for clients. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area I recommend contacting Stacy Cole at the Hamptons.
This place is HORRIBLE! I did everything correctly I was suppose to do. Paid my $200, turned in all my paperwork. My job never called them to verify employment. They refused to give me my $200 back, even though I did everything on my end. HR never did they part and they told me the only way I could get my $200 back was if I canceled within 24 hours.
