RecommendedI have live here for almost 7 tears through 2 property management companies. We have the best staff right now John & David take of all our maintenance issues. Dianne, Nikki, & Maryann takes cake of the rest.

This property is definitely worth checking out. The renovations are beautiful and the property management team onsite is phenomenal. They are very personable and really care about making you feel right at home. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for classy living!
With the recent change in management, I could not say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is! They truly have gone above and beyond to help take care of me and my apartment. They are always kind and welcoming! The apartments, of course, are great, too -- spacious and welcoming!
Very nice apartment community, well priced, pet friendly, and great location that's also close to Nashville. The office and maintenance staff are hard working, friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to help residents. They genuinely care about their community and people. 3 months, waiting on repairs from an improperly installed water heater. drywall ceiling damage, light fixtures not working, no smoke detectors, and ruined carpet. I'm still paying high rent, which has increased..but no repairs. This place has gone ghetto!
The office and maintenance staff are awesome. You can't go wrong by renting here. Safe area, quiet and it feels like home
Horrible management. Horrible parking. Horrible place. Do not waste your $$
