if you’re a student at michigan state university do not live here :) the internet is horrendously bad, and the staff straight up refuses to do anything about it at all. they say they’ll look into it, but nothing has changed for the past year i’ve been living here. nobody can get any school work done from the apartment unless we want to use up our hotspot or go on campus. why am i paying for wifi services if im not able to connect to the wifi for minimum six hours out of the daytime. when you call, they’ll tell you to call st... read more
While the apartment looks nice, it is definitely not worth dealing with this scammy company. Their office constantly gave me the wrong information, then added a lot of surprise fees on top of rent every month without any explanation. Their process to pay utilities and wifi was never explained to us properly either so we ended up paying extra fees. Half the time the employees will say they don't know anything or give me different information on the same topic. Or they'll give you attitude instead of answers. I moved out early... read more
This place is amazing! The staff are super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself is gorgeous – spacious, clean, and cozy. The amenities are top-notch, like the gym and pool area, perfect for chilling out. Plus, it's in a great location with tons of cool stuff around. Any issues I had, the management and maintenance teams sorted out in no time. I can't recommend it enough!
