While the apartment looks nice, it is definitely not worth dealing with this scammy company. Their office constantly gave me the wrong information, then added a lot of surprise fees on top of rent every month without any explanation. Their process to pay utilities and wifi was never explained to us properly either so we ended up paying extra fees. Half the time the employees will say they don't know anything or give me different information on the same topic. Or they'll give you attitude instead of answers. I moved out early... read more
This place is amazing! The staff are super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself is gorgeous – spacious, clean, and cozy. The amenities are top-notch, like the gym and pool area, perfect for chilling out. Plus, it's in a great location with tons of cool stuff around. Any issues I had, the management and maintenance teams sorted out in no time. I can't recommend it enough!
Apartments are very nice apartments but don’t waste your breath calling the leasing office for any sort or guidance or assistance because they do not know anything! A massive game of phone tag will occur until they finally will ask you to call corporate DTN which are about the rudest people on the planet! Make sure to get all calls/issues solved in writing because leasing office does not stick to their word and resolve issues/charges talked about over the phone. If you go to Michigan State and plan on living here DO NOT. I can’t stress this enough, the wifi provided is the worst wifi on the planet. You won’t be able to get your schoolwork done, and if you complain they don’t do anything about it, all they do is tell you that you have to pay for it no matter what do not recommend.
