Great experience with Tony he answered all our questions and concerns on our tour it was a very informative experience
Toured The Hamilton and DeTonio brought the same energy you'd hope for but rarely get.. present, personable, and genuinely invested in the experience. He answered every question before we thought to ask it, kept things lighthearted without losing substance, and made the space speak for itself. Left with a real impression of both the property and the person. He's an amazing reflection of the property.
Very poor experience at this apartment complex. My unit was not cleaned prior to move-in. The closet next to the front door was filled with cardboard boxes, plastic containers, garbage, dirty slippers, and other items left by the previous tenet. The floors were not swept/mopped, with hair and bobby pins scattered throughout. The bathroom still had toothpaste on the mirror in addition to the sinks, both kitchen and bathroom, having a thick film like substance on them in addition to the cabinets being filthy.The hallways when ... read more
Extremely unprofessional office. My tour appointment was cancelled twice at the last minute — both times barely an hour before I was supposed to arrive. I had already taken time off work and planned my commute and transportation around these appointments. This level of disrespect for people’s time is unacceptable and says everything about how this place is managed. If this is how they treat prospective tenants before you even move in, imagine the kind of problems and frustration you’ll deal with afterward.
