Don’t move here. Terrible management would never recommend to anyone. Simone told me Unit 415 was available, so I scheduled a tour. When I called before my appointment, I was informed it had already been leased. No one contacted me beforehand to let me know. I then found Unit 505 listed as available on the website, submitted an application, and paid the required fees. The Hamilton is not perfect, and management or maintenance concerns should absolutely be addressed, but describing it as a “project building” is exaggerated and unfair. I do not recommend living at The Hamilton. The staff is not friendly or helpful, and the apartment complex is very dirty. Considering it is located downtown, the rent is expensive and the service does not meet expectations. Please do your research before deciding to move to The Hamilton.
I am extremely overwhelmed multiple problems. Bugs and roaches! The hallways always stink all the time. Elevators are down every other day. I was stuck on the elevator. If you move here you are out of your mind and didn’t listen
Poor house cleaning , poor management, leasing company wants the rent but won’t fix issues , such as roaches and bugs, honestly it’s a project building…it looks good on the outside but it’s poorly maintained..the Front office is amazing and they do the best they can … but upper management of Reep Has really turned the property in a horrible spot.
